Project Overview:The wastewater of a printing and dyeing factory in Shandong is biochemically treated by coagulation and precipitation and then enters the MBR process to further remove suspended solids, impurities and colloids, and then is sent to the membrane advanced treatment system through resin softening; Finally, the DTRO concentrated water is evaporated, and the three-stage reverse osmosis membrane produced water can be discharged up to the standard, and the overall recovery rate reaches 95%.
